Laidley Branch Bendigo Bank opened September 2001 after the acquisition of the First Australian Building Society. The branch is located in the heart of the Laidley Township in Queensland and has been thriving within the Community since the doors opened.

Our Community involvement and contributions have included:
Providing water bottles to local schools, working with local produce businesses to assist the RSPCA, raising funds for a local 14 year old boy who lost his vision to assist in his education, supporting local CrimeStopper Events, marching in the Annual Spring Festival Parade, attending school career nights, contributions to the Laidley Bowls Club, Laidley Art Society and more.
More recently, the branch has been co-ordinating the Laidley Flood Appeal in conjunction with our partner the Community Enterprise Foundation. To date, the appeal has raised over $70,000! Staff of the Bendigo Bank, including the State Manager attended a Gala Dinner Fundraising Event in aid of the Appeal which raised over $14,000. The committee which is made up of instrumental members within the Laidley Community will be distributing the funds in the near future, which will be assisting the community as a whole.
